At OrQis, we strive to provide high-quality fashion jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✔️ Item received is damaged or defective
✔️ Wrong product received
✔️ Item received in unusable condition
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused and in original condition.

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.

An unboxing video and clear photos are required as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Earrings (if worn or without hygiene seal)

Used or worn jewellery

Items damaged after use

Items returned without original packaging

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
✔️ Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
✔️ Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Customers must provide accurate bank or UPI details.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be covered by OrQis.

If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs may apply.
Order Cancellation vs Return
Orders can only be cancelled within the cancellation window. Once shipped, they fall under this Return Policy.
Important Notes

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

Minor design variations may occur due to handcrafted or artistic finishing.

OrQis reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy conditions.
